Aged Puerh Square Tea
A fine aged Yunnan Puerh square
tea cake over 10 years old. The individually boxed cakes are made from
high quality young tea leaves and golden buds and are embossed with
the Zhong Cha "China Tea" mark. The tea may be broken
up and drunk now, or put away for further aging. Available individually,
in sets of four, or broken up in 1 oz. loose leaf samples.

PREPARATION:
To prepare Puerh tea from cakes, crumble off the desired amount
and place in a teapot or individual cups. Rinse by covering with boiling
water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep
1-5 minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
Puerh tea may be resteeped 2-3 times or more.
