Puerh Cake
This rare, beautifully crafted aged tea cake will impress Puerh connoisseurs
with its superior flavor and craftsmanship. We have never seen a piece
of tea so perfectly formed. That, combined with a refined flavor and
limited supply, has prompted us to mark it "Special Reserve".
Available individually, in a banana leaf-wrapped stack of seven (shown
right), or broken up in 1 oz. samples.

PREPARATION:
To prepare Puerh tea from cakes, crumble off the desired amount
and place in a teapot or individual cups. Rinse by covering with boiling
water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep
1-5 minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
Puerh tea may be resteeped 2-3 times or more.
