Plum
Flower Green Puerh
Known in China as "raw" or unprocessed tea, green Puerh is
just that. Large, freshly harvested leaves are sun-dried and quickly
steam-pressed into attractive plum-flower-embossed tea cakes for aging.
The flavor is rich, mellow and long-lasting. Especially good after (or
during) a meal of heavy foods. Available by the piece or attractively
bundled in a set of four, as shown.

PREPARATION:
To prepare green Puerh tea from cakes, flake off the desired amount
(with your fingers or by inserting a knife blade into the edge) and crumble
into a pot or individual teacups. Alternatively, steam the entire cake
for a few minutes until soft and break it up to use and store as loose
tea. Brew with 70-80°C (158-176°F) water through multiple steepings.
