Old Tree Large Leaf Puerh
A rare and unusual aged da ye ("big leaf")
Puerh produced from exceptionally large Yunnan tea leaves gathered from
old growth bushes. The infusion is light (by Puerh standards) and presents
a clean, refreshing flavor that makes it the perfect choice to accompany
food or follow as a digestif.

PREPARATION:
To prepare Old Tree Large Leaf Puerh, place about 2 tsp. of leaf
per serving in a teapot or individual cups. Rinse by covering with boiling
water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep
1-5 minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
Puerh tea may be resteeped 2-3 times or more.
