Green Puerh Tea Cake
A well-made Yunnan green tea cake whose rich, smooth flavor
presents a hint of smoke and will mature and mellow with age. We are
offering this tea by the cake or in a "Drinking/Aging" two
cake set (at a savings of $4). We also invite you to try a sample that
has been steamed, separated and packed in one ounce bags.

PREPARATION:
To prepare green Puerh tea from cakes, crumble off the desired
amount and place in a teapot or individual cups. Rinse by covering with
hot water and quickly pour off. Cover again with water heated to about
75°C (167°F) and let steep 1-5 minutes (depending on how light
or dark you want the tea) and serve. Green Puerh tea may be resteeped
many times.
