Green Puerh Square Tea
A handsome gold-stamped gift box houses four green Puerh tea
tablets - each displaying a different auspicious character: "Happiness",
"Longevity", "Good Fortune" and "Reward"
(shown). At 4 years old, these cakes may be drunk now, or put away for
further aging. Available in a boxed set of four, by the piece, or broken
up in 1 oz. loose leaf samples.

PREPARATION:
To prepare green Puerh tea from cakes, crumble off the desired
amount and place in a teapot or individual cups. Rinse by covering with
hot water and quickly pour off. Cover again with water heated to about
75°C (167°F) and let steep 1-5 minutes (depending on how light
or dark you want the tea) and serve. Green Puerh tea may be resteeped
many times.
