Aged Puerh Tea Cake
A fine, nicely aged Puerh tea
cake that offers an excellent introduction to the wonderful world of
compressed Puerh. Buy two cakes (and save $5) - one for drinking now
and one for putting away for further aging. If you or a tea drinker
you know is interested in the ancient tradition of caked tea, this piece

PREPARATION:
To prepare Puerh tea from cakes, crumble off the desired amount
and place in a teapot or individual cups. Rinse by covering with boiling
water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep
1-5 minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve.
Puerh tea may be resteeped 2-3 times or more.
