Phoenix Oolong
From southern
China's Guangdong province comes one of the world's true tea treasures
- the famous oolong of Phoenix Mountain (the home of some of the world's
oldest tea trees). Noted by connoisseurs for its smooth,
full body and distinctively fruity flavor, Phoenix oolong's long, twisted,
dark-roasted leaves produce a truly unique infusion.

PREPARATION:
Phoenix oolong may be prepared in a regular teapot, an Yixing clay pot,
or in individual cups. Use about 2 tsp. per cup (8 oz.) of water heated
to 80-90°C (176-194°F). Infuse for 2-3 minutes and pour off. The
