Good Fortune Hibiscus Blend
Combining whole, unsulfured hibiscus flowers, sweet stevia, and crisp, cool mint, Good Fortune produces a sweet tasting, digestive infusion that's delicious hot or cold. Hibiscus is high in vitamin C, thirst-quenching, and effective in treating urinary tract infections. The blend's name comes from its deep red color - regarded by the Chinese as the color of good luck and prosperity.
PREPARATION:
Good Fortune herbal blend is best prepared in a teapot by using approximately
2tsp of herbs per cup (8oz) of water, making sure to get a good mix of
dark flowers and large and small green leaves. Fill the pot with boiling
water and allow to steep about 5 minutes. To regulate Good Fortune's sweetness,
use more or less of the large green leaves.
