Sencha's deep green color and distinctively rich, grassy flavor come
from special steam processing during manufacture. Picked, processed
and vacuum-packed on the same day, our premium Uji-sourced sencha is
guaranteed fresh, delicious and healthful. Please note preparation instructions
to get the best flavor from every cup.

PREPARATION:
Preheat
the teapot or other steaping vessel with hot water and fill with 1-2 teaspoons
of leaf per serving. Sencha should be infused for 1-2 minutes with relatively
cool water [55°- 65°C (131°-149°F)] to avoid over steeping.
Alternatively, use hotter water and an infusion time of 10-20 sec. Serve
in pre-warmed cups.
