Japanese
Matcha
The
ultimate green tea... Special shade-grown tea plants are carefully cultivated
and harvested and their leaves pulverized into a fine powder. Matcha,
the tea of the Japanese "Tea Ceremony" is whisked with hot
water and drunk as a frothy, deep green beverage. Because of its powdered
form, matcha also has many culinary uses such as green tea ice cream,
cheesecake, cookies, health drinks, tea lattes and frappuccinos.
