West
Lake Dragon Well
We
are proud to present this authentic West Lake Dragon Well - grown, hand-plucked
and pan-fired in the scenic "Lion Peak" area near Hangzhou's
West
Lake. The beautiful champagne-colored golden liquor has a complex
flavor rich with sweet, savory and floral notes and a buttery smooth,
long-lasting finish. An
extremely refined and elegant tea which deserves to be savored and contemplated.

PREPARATION:
Superior
West Lake Dragon Well may be prepared in a regular teapot, but for best
results we recommend a steeping cup.
Preheat the cup with hot water and fill with 1-2 tsp of leaves. Cover
with relatively cool water [55°-65°C (131°-149°F)] and
infuse for 2 or 3 minutes. To serve, pour into a pitcher or directly into
warmed tasting cups and enjoy. Dragon Well may be reinfused by gradually
increasing steeping time and water temperature.
