PREPARATION:
Yunnan
Gold Bud may be prepared in a regular teapot or beautifully presented
in a traditional steeping cup or gaiwan.
Allow 1-2 teaspoons of leaf per serving and very hot, but not quite boiling
water. Infuse 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Yunnan Gold
may be resteeped once or twice by increasing the steeping time.
