PREPARATION:
Ceylon Silver Tips may be prepared
in a regular teapot or beautifully presented in a straditional steeping
cup or gaiwan. Allow 1-2 teaspoons of
leaf per serving and very hot, but not quite boiling water. Infuse 2 to
5 minutes depending on desired strength. Ceylon Silver Tips may be resteeped
multiple times by gradually increasing the steeping time.
