TRIBUTE TEA was founded in San Francisco by two doctors: high school friends B.J. Miller and Justin Burke. Since tea is both a medicinal herb and a spiritual pursuit, it is fitting that one should be an M.D. and the other a philosopher. After many years of drinking and learning about tea in the U.S. and abroad, they joined forces to create TRIBUTE TEA - combining their experience and the many relations they have developed throughout the tea world. They are now dedicated full time to seeking out the world’s tea treasures and presenting their own line of traditional Chinese herbs, developed in association with Chinese herbalist Joshua Lerner, MTCM, L.Ac.
